Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of hamcontrol.shop and any purchase of Coilworks products or memberships from HAMILTON CONTROL SYSTEMS LTD.. By ordering or subscribing, you agree to these terms. Prices are shown and charged in USD.

Coilworks sells passive cable-management and desktop-storage parts — clips, channels, sleeves, trays, straps, labels, anchors and risers. Products are one-time physical purchases; membership is an optional subscription that unlocks planning tools and priority handling.

Every Coilworks product is passive. It does not carry power, contain a battery, or modify any circuit or wiring. Products are not electrical products and must not be used to carry, insulate, repair or alter live or mains wiring.

Any electrical work must be carried out by a registered electrician. Coilworks products organise and route the external cables of equipment you already own; they do not change how that equipment is wired or powered.

Some products use adhesive backing or surface-mounted raceways that may affect paint, veneer or other finishes. If you rent, choose a damage-free kit and test a small, inconspicuous area first. Damage to walls, desks or other surfaces caused by incorrect application, removal or use contrary to the instructions is your responsibility and is not covered by returns.

Kits contain small parts such as clips, magnets and anchors. These are a choking hazard — keep them away from children under 3.

The store is not for children. It must not be used by anyone under 13. People aged 13–17 may only order with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian, who places the order and accepts these terms.

All prices are in USD and include applicable product pricing shown at checkout; shipping and any taxes are added at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order affected by a pricing error, suspected fraud or stock issue, and will refund any amount taken. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; Coilworks never receives your full card number.

Membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly in USD. It provides access, priority and planning content only — there is no stored value, credit balance or voucher, and unused planning allowance does not carry over. You can cancel at any time and your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period. See the Refund Policy.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, as set out in our Acceptable Use Policy. All Coilworks branding, text, imagery and product designs are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or resold without permission; see the Content License.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, our liability for the products is limited to the price paid for the affected order. We are not liable for damage arising from use of products contrary to their instructions or the safety guidance above.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence. Questions: support@hamcontrol.shop.
