Shipping & Delivery

Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. You receive an order confirmation immediately and a dispatch notice with tracking once your parcel is collected by the carrier.

Coilworks ships worldwide to the destinations offered at checkout. All orders are priced in USD. Standard shipping is added at checkout and shown before payment.

• Domestic (UK): typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Europe: typically 4–8 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of world: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Every order ships with tracking. We use established postal and courier carriers appropriate to the destination; the carrier receives only the name and delivery address needed to deliver your parcel. Track any order from our Order Status page or the link in your dispatch email.

Prices are in USD. Depending on your destination, import duties or local taxes may be charged by customs on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. Any such charges are separate from the amount paid to Coilworks.

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or an uncollected delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery (a further shipping charge may apply) or a refund of the item price.

If tracking stalls or a parcel doesn’t arrive within the expected window, email support@hamcontrol.shopwith your order reference and we’ll investigate with the carrier and put it right. See also our Refund & Returns Policy.
