Acceptable Use

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses hamcontrol.shop, including the store, Setup Studio and our contact and inquiry forms. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

You may browse, use Setup Studio, place orders and manage a membership for genuine personal or business use. Wholesale and bulk buyers should use the Wholesale Inquiry form.

• Break the law or infringe others’ rights when using the site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, the admin area, servers or data.
• Probe, scan, scrape at scale, overload or disrupt the site or its infrastructure.
• Submit false, fraudulent or automated orders, or use stolen payment details.
• Upload malicious code, or content that is unlawful, abusive or infringing, through our forms.
• Misrepresent Coilworks products as electrical, certified or safety-rated devices — they are passive parts (see the Terms).

When you submit a message, enquiry or a desk photo to Setup Studio, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant us a limited licence to process it to respond or provide the service, as described in our Content License.

We may suspend or refuse access, cancel orders or remove content that breaches this policy, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. Report misuse to support@hamcontrol.shop. Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
